Throughout these terms, "Savorixula", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sourced Clothing Ltd. "You" and "your" refer to anyone who visits our website or places an order with us.

2. ACCEPTING THESE TERMS

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. OUR PRODUCTS

We sell men's clothing. We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible, including colours, sizes and descriptions. However, the colours you see may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and small differences in measurements can occur. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered turns out to be out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund you in full for that item.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.

If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. In that case we will contact you and you can choose to either go ahead at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We use secure third party payment providers and we never store your full card details ourselves.

5. HOW A CONTRACT IS FORMED

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This email does not mean your order has been accepted. The contract between you and us is formed when we send you a second email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.

6. DELIVERY

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Full details of our delivery options, costs and timescales can be found in our Shipping Policy.

7. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RETURN

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on how to return an item.

8. FAULTY ITEMS AND YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@savorixula.com and we will put it right.
